Study On The Analysis And Evaluation Of The State-owned Coal Corporations

The corporation competence ability gradually causes the scholar and government' s concern and bring about the fever of the research on competitive competence in the domestic since the 1990s. However, because of the special of the coal industry and disregard of country, the document complete and systematically that expatiates on the coal corporation ability is not sufficient.The thesis takes state-owned coal corporations as its subject of studying. Starting with analysis of the characteristic and tendency of the development of the international coal market environment, domestic coal markets environment, the environment of Chinese coal industry and the environment of the society economy, which confirm the opportunity and threats in the competitive environment. The author analyzes the structure, conduct and performance of the coal enterprises with the theory of Industrial Organization to leam the influence of the industrial structure and seek for the key factors that have impact on the coal enterprises competition ability. On the basis of preceding analysis, the author puts forward the concept of the corporation competition ability of the coal corporation, constructs the hierarchical structure model, evaluation model and indexes system of the coal corporation competition ability, and take Huaibei, Datong and Yanzhou as examples to make an empirical study on the state-owned coal corporations in our country. In the end of the dissertation, the author put forward the measures and strategies to strengthen the competition ability of the state-owned coal corporations. They are to construct large-scale enterprise groups, the management strategy of enlarging dimensions, the strategy for brands of coal products, to reconstruct the management ideals of the state-owned coal corporations.
