The Form Of Core Competence And Developing High-tech Enterprise Of China

This dissertation is mainly talking about the new subject of the relation between the development of high-tech enterprise and core competence, requirement for the high-tech enterprises to build core competence and the practical meaning of core competence theory for the high-tech enterprises of our country on the basis of researching the development of enterprise strategy theory. The author has reviewed the development of the high-tech enterprise and has a fully recoginized the characteristics of high-tech enterprises with Chinese features and how to make them be the hope in flourishing national economy.Core competence theory is a newly-typed enterprise strategy theory. The theory is the point of view neither of the appointed industrial market nor for choosing industry. This is a theory of the creative industry and makes the enterprise strategy benefiting himself by changing the structure of future or present industry. The author analyzes an image of high-tech enterprise in manufacturing with the working experience in WUHAN NANHUA HIGH-SPEED SHIP ENGINEERING CO., LTD. The paper gives a general evaluation for NANHUA core competence by dealing with the form of core competence, the inking evaluation and the system of core competence from the point of view of R&D capacity, creativity, systematical capacity and enterprise effect. We get the conclusion that NANHUA HIGH-SPEED SHIP ENGINEERING CO., LTD has a better core competence according to the dependent principle.On the evaluation of NANHUA core competence, we mainly discuss the management of core competence. In the global competition of knowledge-economic times, it's more important for our high-tech enterprise to construct, cultivate and manage core competence and realize the improvement of the whole enterprise value.
