Study On The Risk Of BPR And Information Integration Based On Value-chain

As the pace of global economy integrating became more faster and IT technology, especially the internet boom quickly, there comes a revolutionary leading us to knowledge economy from industry economy and also comes a management revolutionary which core is business processing re-engineeringAs the BPR came out, it's advanced ideals and drastic innovation has attracted many enterprises, and became the focus in Euramerican and the world even. There are evidence shows that about 70%-75% of enterprises in Euramerican are planning to execute the BPR and even more enterprises have achieved terrific success.But neither at the aspect of the BPR's theory % method execution and evaluation, nor the relation between the BPR and the enterprise's organization personneK technology-, agriculture, there is not a self-contained system info about the BPR till now.However, it is not so optimistic with domestic enterprises. Some of them invest large number of capital-, time and manpower Nevertheless about 50%-70% of them haven't achieved their object or gained satisfying improvement. Thus it can be seen that tremendous risk exists in the course of the BPR and information integration.The subject of this thesis is the BPR and information integration based on value-chain. Firstly, in chapter one, I have expatiate the importance for the Chinese enterprises to build core competence when they faced with global competition and also suggest the point of view of value chain to seek the method to promote the core competition and indicated the only way to the core competence is the VC-BPR and information integration. Secondly, in the followed two chapter, I have discussed the basal concept-, pivotal technology and maincontent. At the beginning of chapter four I have put forward a model of BPR andinformation integration and carried through the comprehensive risk identification on the BPR and the information integration. After the analyzing of the factor of very kinds of the risk, the model of the risk system is set up and in the last section of this chapter a model of risk evaluation is founded. Finally, in chapter five, I have discussed the method of risk management at different levels.The first innovation point of my thesis is that an outside and inside relation model was founded. The second one is that a original model of risk evaluation has been set up. The third one is that the method of risk management has been promoted at all levels.
