This paper mainly analyzes culture cause, because in interface management, a lot of management behaviors are communications, harmony and stipulation not direct command and control behaviors. Interface management emphasizes flexible management, so culture plays a very important role in Interface management.Culture difference can cause interface trouble. Different culture background incurs different behaviors, thoughts that influence the aspect from which we research questions and ways from which we accomplish the same mention. For example, the different level that enterprise emphasizes R&D department and manufacture department will cause different value adscription feeling of employees. Another example, the inequity among employees which are caused different inspirit mechanism cause different reward, consequently, cause conflict among different department and between enterprise inside and outside. For example, multicultural conformity in international running is become more and more important. At present, with the enterprises unions being more and more, the conflict among culture are becoming serious. Thus culture interface management questions are on the rise. Culture conflict has been a main source of interface management questions and how to deal with this kind of interface conflict now become a very important mention.Culture conflict is caused by difference, and the difference process is development process.
