On Agro-informatization And The Growth Style Of Agricultural Economy

sBased on comment on the theory of economic growth, the article construct the frame of growth style of agricultural economy and make an empirical inquiry into the development of agricultural growth style of China, which indicates that agriculture of China have achieved rapid growth with plenty of investment of production factors. The extensive growth style has been constricted by resource and market and challenged by ecological deterioration and environmental pollution.Then the contents, statistics, composition and challenge of agro-informatizaton are discussed. The influence of agro-informatizaton on the intensive growth of agriculture is analyzed empirically, which indicates that information has become an important production factor. Though without certain form, information promotes intensive growth of agricultural economy by. increasing the quality of production factor including labor, land and capital. The mechanism in which agro-informatization influences the intensive growth of agricultural economy is studied theoretically, which includes optimizing and promoting the structure of agriculture; accelerating agricultural knowledge accumulation, technological progress and extension; creating transparent information environment to optimize the allocation of resource; promoting scientific management of agriculture and civilization of rural human resource; strengthening the function of agricultural cooperative organization and spurring on the improvement of agricultural economic environment.Finally, the current status problems and challenge of agro-informatization in China are studied and the countermeasures to accelerate the process of agro-informatization are brought forward, that is, strengthening the constructionof agricultural information infrastructures and service networks; developing resource of agricultural information; attaching importance to applied system of agricultural information; fueling construction of agricultural information service system; reinforcing lead ship and strengthening guarantee measures.
