Research On Agricultural Informatization Construction In Peixian County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that we should comprehensively promote rural revitalization,adhere to the priority of agricultural and rural development,consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,accelerate the construction of a powerful agricultural country,and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations.As an important component of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the construction of agricultural informatization has a significant impact on whether China can comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society with high quality,the fundamental well-being of the people,and the foundation of rural society and the harmony of rural customs.As a major agricultural county in northern Jiangsu,Peixian has made significant progress and development in agricultural informatization in the process of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.It has been approved by the Ministry of Agriculture as the second batch of national agricultural industrialization demonstration bases.However,the level of agricultural informatization development is not high,and there is still a significant distance from the requirements of the new era of agricultural economic development.This article conducted an in-depth survey of Peixian County using methods such as literature review,on-site investigation,and data collection.Based on the survey results,a detailed analysis was conducted on the current situation of agricultural informatization development in Peixian County under the background of rural revitalization.The construction of rural informatization work in Peixian County was summarized,including the construction of agricultural informatization infrastructure,agricultural information service platform,information needs of agricultural information personnel and farmers,and other software and hardware aspects,We have identified some main problems in the current construction of rural informatization in Peixian County,including insufficient infrastructure construction,low service platform level,low information utilization rate,limited relevant professional talents,weak basic team construction,incomplete service system,low information awareness and understanding of agricultural informatization among farmers,weak leading role of grassroots government,low enthusiasm of agricultural personnel,and failure to establish connections between farmers and consumers.Based on survey data and the main problems in the current situation of agricultural informatization in Peixian County,combined with the actual situation in Peixian County,the reasons for their occurrence were identified.Based on national development opinions and the summary of successful cases in the field of agricultural informatization at home and abroad,several suggestions and measures have been proposed to promote the development of agricultural informatization construction in rural revitalization of Peixian County: in terms of hardware infrastructure,coordinate various financial resources,build information infrastructure,with facility agriculture as the main goal,and promote the construction of infrastructure such as the Internet of Things for agricultural farms;In terms of improving our information service system,in order to improve our information service network,we will establish village level information centers,achieve full coverage of information at the county and village levels,and effectively solve the "last mile" problem;Build a diversified agricultural information publishing platform to enhance the effectiveness of information usage.In terms of talent team growth,actively recruit and cultivate professionals in agricultural informatization construction,establish a complete team of agricultural informatization talents,provide high-quality employment development space,and guide them to participate in modern informatization engineering construction in rural areas;In promoting the informatization of agricultural personnel,we actively carry out information construction promotion and education activities to enhance farmers’ initiative in obtaining information and stimulate their awareness of participating in agricultural activities.In terms of promoting agricultural development,we will use the Internet to promote agricultural industrialization,encourage the promotion of agricultural products through e-commerce,promote the upgrading of agricultural products enterprises with the help of Internet plus,expand sales channels,improve sales models,support local e-commerce platforms,and establish and maintain Peixian’s agricultural products brands.
