This paper researches human capital's value, and how to measure it in order to promote the equal distribution. Human capital is knowledge, skill and healthy on the human resource, which is gained by investment on human education. Learning by doing. As we know, people with more knowledge and skill can make more profits. In the classic business, people who have material capital take all the profit. Salary is only to reproduce the labor. Nowadays, all labor in the business have nine education at least, so they are all human capital, such as managers, skillers and researchers.Human resources are the key factor in the firm and they creative much more profit. They should gain from the profit as material capital. But how much should they share? This problem means we should measure human capital's Value. Human Capital's Value is influenced not only by the skill and knowledge but also by endeavor and environment. So the human capital's value is changing and uncertain. And It's the reason of much confusion in the economy such as the managers earning, stock-sharing among the entrepreneurs,managers, and skillers. The human capital's value is urgent to be measured. Many economists and researcheres have discuss it and give some modes of value measurement. But all these modes have fall. This paper analyses them systemly and intend to design new modes after adjusting them. The mode is applied in the example.This paper is organized as following:The chapter 1-2 describe The Human Capital Theory and The Labor-Value Theory. They all draw a conclusion that the human capital can creative more profit and should gain from it. In chapters, something about Human capital sharing the profit is drawn. And the chapter4 discusses deeply and systemly about the modes of value meausurement in order to establish new scientific, feasible modes. The last chapter is an example of the new modes.
