| Human capital theory has become one of the most useful theories in economics. The theory of human capital pricing in enterprises has been widely introduced in modem economic fields. And it is a hard research subject in academe.At first of this paper, it summarizes the study of human capital pricing and overviews the research results of domestic and international. With the comprehensive utilization of theories and methods of management, economics, game theory, real options and fuzzy measure methods, several human capital pricing models are established. Finally, a case is analyzed to show how to carry out human capital pricing in enterprises. |
