To Further Research On Several Theoretical Problems About The Agricultural Cooperation Movement

As a political movement and economic reform launched by the CCP in the initial building stage of our country, the Agricultural Cooperation Movement has exerted a far-reaching influence on the future of agriculture, the countryside and peasantry, and the industrialization and modernization of our country as well. Understanding the nature the Agricultural Cooperation Movement rightly, exploring its inner reasons and realizing its impact on the developing course of Chinese society at present stage can help to gain enlightenment and experience in our searching for a Chinese characteristic agricultural modernization way. Based on some previous research , combined with the course of history of the Movement and our country's developing strategy at that time, this thesis investigates again several contentious theories of the Movement in current academic circles. Firstly, by using ultimate principles of historical materialism about the inevitability of history, this article, again , probes into the views existing in current academic circles of the necessity of the movement, considering that the commencement of the Movement is not an inevitable phenomenon decided by the objective law of history, but a certain outcome of the common effect produced by several elements under special historical conditions in China. Among the several elements ,the CPC's leadership, which is on the basis of the traditional socialistic theories, is a key factor of . Secondly, through analyzing the start and development of the Movement, this thesis reveals the implement of industrialization strategy has accelerated the developing curse of the Movement objectively and positively. Moreover, the thesis shows the development of the Movement and some agricultural economic policies relevant to the Movement have produced dual effect on the development of industrialization by uniting theory with practice and referring to the rural economics and sociological theories. Lastly, connecting successful experience of international agricultural modernization with the reality of Chinese agricultural development, the thesis makes a comparison between the theory and practice of agricultural cooperation during the Movement and agricultural cooperative economic organization's in modern times from the angle of household managing and agricultural cooperative economic organization. By this, the article aims at illustrating the actual influence the Agricultural Cooperation Movement has on the selection of Chinese agricultural modernization way at present stage.
