The theory of enterprise's life cycle describes characteristics of an enterprise in its different phases, and indicates basic rules of its life cycle. If an enterprise can find itself stand in what phase, it could adopt corresponding countermeasures to ensure its sound development. Especially when an enterprise has developed up to a certain scale, it will meet a turning point at which coexist opportunities and crisis.
