Innovation Behavior Demonstration Research Of Sichuan Industrial Enterprise

21th century is Very important time for Chinese enterprise development. With China joining to WTO and Chinese economics marketing deeper and deeper, Economics environment of World and civil is more and more complex and instable. Chinese enterprises is facing cruel rivals thus Chinese enterprise must improve themselves competition ability, and then they could keep themselves life Innovation on technology is a important way which can build core competition ability, and it is source that push economics. Thus I thank it is very important that studying enterprise innovation behavior.The main content of this article is : the first chapter "Introduction" Proposing the research background, research goal and research content; the second chapter emphatically introduced about some related enterprise innovation theory , As well as behavior factors that influence enterprise innovation which established foundation of the theory and demonstration research (for this article); the third and the fourth chapter ,using demonstration research method ,carries on a more detailed investigation to enterprise technology innovation behavior and the present situation in Sichuan area ; carries on data analysis ,using the quota and the qualitative analysis method , draws the description conclusion and special statistical analysis result ; the fifth chapter through further analyzes to enterprise innovation behavior and its present situation in Sichuan area and makes summary induction; the sixth chapter putforward measure and proposal to how from strengthened the enterprise technology innovation ability.This article has studied enterprise innovation behavior emphatically.I have searched enterprise innovation behavior by investigation and surveyed some manufacturing in Sichuan by using SPSS software. First of all, statistic is adopted and it shows innovation level is low in Sichuan, and R&D is low ,etc; Second, I have studied variables which relate with enterprise innovation behavior and I analyze factors which affect enterprise to win by analyzing factor. Successful factors are person and organize. Meanwhile I have designed a target system about technology innovation, and searched output rooting from enterprise innovation by more factors regression analyze. This result is helpful for enterprises in Sichuan area.
