| Developing the enterprise technology innovation thoroughgoing and lasting is the basic cause of realization the transformation of our country economic growth ways. So, the author use the technology innovation research achievements and successful experiences at home and abroad for reference, combine the reality in China closely, carry out a relatively comprehensive and thorough systematic analysis on the problem of backward in the enterprise technology innovation.The thesis begins with the investigation of the technology innovation concepts, set forth the dialectical relations among the ideology innovation, institution innovation, market innovation, management innovation and technology innovation from the combination of technology and economic angle. Then, I thoroughly analyze the main problem of backward in the enterprise technology innovation.
