Study On Architecture And Application System Of Agile Virtual Enterprise Based On Integrated DNC

Nowadays, with the intensification of market competition, the acceleration of product update, and the speedup of technology innovation, enterprises are faced with increasing crisis of survival. A new manufacturing mode is expected urgently. Agile Virtual Enterprise (AVE) may be one of the most efficient solutions to the problem. According to the practice of our country, this paper brings forward the function mode of AVE based on Integrated DNC.Firstly, based on Integrated DNC, the agile function mode of Integrated DNC shop is built.Then, with analysis of the connotation, characteristics and corporation mode of AVE, the architecture of AVE based on Integrated DNC is set up, and its management mode is studied. Thirdly, partner selection of AVE based on Integrated DNC and its relevant information flow technology are discussed. The decision process of partner selection is analyzed, and the evaluation architecture of partner selection is built. The information management structure of AVE and the information organization mode are proposed, and the security architecture of information management system of AVE is discussed. Finally, aiming at requirement of mould shop of Chongqing Changan Automobile Ltd. Co., an information management system of integrated DNC shop oriented to AVE is developed.
