Based Logistics Model For Agile Manufacturing

Based on the analysis and overview of related literature and research status in agile manufacturing and supply chain, this thesis is mainly concerned foundational agile manufacturing theory and supply chain theory as well as supply chain modelling methodology under agile manufacturing. The thesis aims to provide theoretical and methodological guidance for enterprises to set up reasonable supply chain management based on agile manufacturing.At the beginning of chapter 1, it analyses the competitive environment of today's enterprises, then chapter 1 discusses the present research situation on agile manufacturing and supply chain management.Chapter 2 introduces foundational manufacturing theory. Then it reviews the manufacturing technologies newly appeared in these years, and gives the reason of agile manufacturing emergency.Chapter 3 firstly analyses the supply chain management theory, describes the essence of supply chain management under agile manufacturing. At the end of this chapter, the difficulties and principles of supply chain management are presented.Chapter 4 introduces the related modelling theories concerning supply chain management under agile manufacturing. After that, the process to establish supply chain management model is given with the key factors. Before the end of this chapter, we show the optimised model of supply chain management based agile manufacturing and several key enabled technologies.Finally, chapter 5 summarizes the whole thesis and presents advices for domestic manufacturing enterprises after analyses the present situation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
