It is a brand-new subject to study marketing strategy of the high-tech enterprise by the ideas of relationship marketing. This article consists of an introduction and three parts of prime bodies .In the introduction, the issue we will research is led up to by the case of Legend Computer Co., Ltd. In the first part, there are descriptions about the theory of relationship marketing and the character of the high-tech enterprise marketing, from which we can see the relationship marketing plays an important role in the high-tech enterprise marketing. Then the article comes to the second part. The concepts, arrangements of relationship ideas and strategies about six types of markets are described in details, which are connected with the high-tech enterprises closely. In the last, the application of relationship marketing is discussed through the section of gap period in the model of high-tech product life cycle.
