A Study On Rural Economic Growth Of Nanjing

The condition of rural economic growth and development, growth headspring and industrial structure diversification of Nanjing since 1985 studied in this article by means of the theory and methods of modern economic growth. Some potitical proposals promoting Nanjing rural economic growth in the future also discussed in this article.This thesis consists of four parts:The first part (chapter 1) restrospects the development of economic growth theory and the recent study of technology progress. Futhermore , the basis theoretical frame is founded.The second part (chapter 2) concised describles the historical period of rural economic growth of Nanjin, from 1985 to 2000, and it is divided into 3 periods according to various growth characteristics.The third part (chapter 3,4) is the body of this thesis. It systematically researches the source of rural economic growth of Nanjing by means of production function. On one way, in chapter 3 measures and analyses the growing source from the angle of investment. The effect and contribution of factors which affect of rural economic growth are researched. On the other way, in chapter 4 researches the effect of rural industrial structure alternation on rural economic growth.The last part (chapter 5) is a conclusion of this thesis. Based on the above analysis, some political suggestions which can expedite rural economic growth are discussed.
