Object:The research constructs measurement and evaluation of system about job satisfaction and attempts to design the software of it. It aims at offering large scale about staff's psychological quality, helps the managers to find his staff's mental condition and provides the information about enterprises performance, so that the enterprises can finally realize its humanistic management. Methods:1.Scaling: settle the construction of the scale and item, and set its item bank based on interview among staffs in different position from different types of enterprises by using the combination of qualitive research and quantitive method, and forms the determinative factor of test questionnaire about job satisfaction.2.Administrating: selects 180 cases from six different types of enterprises, makes statistical and logical analysis about the cases by using SPSS10.0 software.3.Reliability:l)Split-half reability computers the split-half correlation coefficient of the scale with the date of the 142 effective cases.2 ) Test-retest reliability: selects 30 cases to calculate person correlation coefficient after a month later.3)Internal consistency reliability: calculate the consistency correlation coefficient of the scale with the date of the test samples.4. Validity:l)Content validity: analyses and studies the content validity of the scale using internal consistency factors.2)Construct validity: Illustrates the construction validity of the scale using factor analysis and consistency analysis.Results:1) Designs a test scale about job satisfaction which consists of 76 items by making survey and logical analysis of the test scale and its result.2) The result of item analysis shows that most of the index of item discrimination is above 0.2 and the coefficiences are above significant level.3) The result of the accumulated variance is 75.010 percent of total variance.4) Eigenvalues of six factors are above four by factor analysis.5) The correlation coefficiences of the every component of the scale are low, that means every component of the scale was independent. Conclusion:The measurement consists of 76 items individed into six factors, including work itself, work condition, work reward, achievement demand, interpartner factor and rule factor. The evaluation scale has high reability and validity. The index of every item of the scale conforms to the standard of psychological measurement.
