The new generation of civil servants is taking an increasing proportion in the civil service,and their positions are getting higher and higher,they gradually occupy a dominant position in public organizations.At the same time,they have the remarkable characteristics of loving freedom and equality,daring to innovate,and high level of demand.Therefore,studying the characteristics of the new generation of civil servants and exerting their professional expertise have an important role in the operation of public organizations.Nowadays,the proportion of the new generation of civil servants in the overall civil service team is becoming larger and larger,and it has gradually become the main force in public management.Low,in order to improve their job satisfaction and achieve the unity of personal and organizational goals,this article introduces high-commitment human resource management into the research of public organization management,and explores the impact of high-commitment human resource management on the job satisfaction of the new generation of civil servants.Research and use organizational commitment as an intermediary variable.First of all,this article sorts out the relevant literature on high-commitment human resource management,the new generation of civil servants,organizational commitment and job satisfaction.By defining concepts and introducing related theories,this paper proposes research hypotheses and research models for this article.Secondly,this article uses questionnaire survey and data analysis to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.After the questionnaire is selected,the formal questionnaire survey and data collection are started.Perform various analyses on the collected data to verify research hypotheses and research models.Finally,according to the analysis results,combined with the current status and influencing factors of the job satisfaction of the new generation of civil servants,the relevant recommendations applicable to the management of public organizations are summarized.First,the organization should change its thinking mode,and it should pay attention to improving the work satisfaction and organization of the new generation of civil servants.Commitment degree.Secondly,a high-commitment human resource management model is rationally constructed from five aspects,such as salary system,organizational culture,promotion method,training mechanism and job content enrichment.
