Study On The Entrepreneur Motivation And Restriction Mechanism

The establishment and perfection of entrepreneurs motivation and restriction mechanism is quite important for setting up modern enterprise system, for developing socialism market economy, for enterprise survival and grown up, and for promoting the state enterprise revolution. To form a high-quality entrepreneur team is issued on the 3rd session of the 14* Party Meeting. The 4* session of the 15th Party Meeting stressed to set up and perfect entrepreneur motivation and restriction mechanism according to the enterprise condition.Currently, there are still some problems in the establishment and perfection of entrepreneur motivation and restriction mechanism in our country, such as the incomplete system transformation, imperfect motivation mechanism, inappropriate restriction and uncomfortable social condition. The entrepreneur formation system is basically still under the traditional regulated economy and the enterprise drive system is basically the same as well. There are still "59 years old phenomena" in some enterprises. The different kinds of environments are not good for the entrepreneur to grow to be a real entrepreneur.Due to the above, this dissertation suggests the importance of study on the entrepreneur motivation and restriction mechanism, reviews the relevant motivation and restriction theory foundation and analyzes the current condition and the reason of the entrepreneur motivation and restriction in our country. Then, it suggests the basic direction of establishing entrepreneur motivation and restriction mechanism in our country and studies the practical measures to set up and perfect entrepreneur motivation and restriction mechanism.
