Global-economy integrated has been the main tendency of the development in the world since 1990s.Transnational corporations have been the main party of economic activities. Chinese enterprises have to face the pressure and challenges come from the fierce competition of the international market. It will be inevitable outcome to select and develop the strategy of transnational management.On the basis of study on given theories and practices of transnational management, this thesis analyses the characters of current development, motive factors, entry-mode selections, and administrative types of transnational management abroad. With the reference of practice on transnational management of Chinese enterprises, the thesis analyses the advantages and feasible conditions to carry out transnational management strategy. And it sums up the main and obstacles from transnational management proceedings such as, the scale of investing main part not big enough to offer sufficient finance support. Low integrated level among overseas 'branches and their main part, expanding management with blindness, and government supervise and manage over-seas' enterprises without uniform programming and reasonable overall arrangement, etc. On the base of above analysis, the thesis tries to propose some suggestions accordingly on the entry-mode selection, overseas investment election and macro-management for the enterprise that engage in transnational management. Then, put forward some new viewpoints: Aspect of entry-mode, selecting "Greenfield" and "Mergers& Acquisition" to develop transnational management combined withconcerning the characters and size of the Chinese enterprises. Aspect of overseas investment market selection, according to the industry rules with the relative advantage of enterprises themselves, analysis the feasibility to entry the markets of particular industries with advanced technology. Mature technology, potential advantage and service areas .at last, the thesis gives the countermeasures to promote and adjust the macro-management on transnational operation. Such as establishing Financing Support System; Diversification Investment System, Preventing Risk and Compensation System, and Information Consultation and Assistant System; Reforming Finance and Foreign-exchange Systems, and etc. Combining with the industry characters and conditions of DaQing Petrolum Administration Bureau, the thesis point out that to carry out transnational management will be the guarantee of its continuous and stable development. Meanwhile, puts forward concrete views including that to work out transnational management strategy, establish administrative, add function to the finance to corp.
