Research On Network Crime

Any advanced science and technology is all a rapier, the network is certainly no exception. The network brings the unprecedented negative effect too while bringing progress for the mankind. Along with the development of technology of the network, the question of network crime is outstanding day by day, The crime of the network is special form of the computer crime in society of the network, its serious harmfulness has already caused great attention of the society.This article illustrates the concept of the network crime, law forming and characteristic at first, There are three characteristics of network crime mainly: subject younger and intelligent, variety and disguise of crime means, and having transnational qualities more and more. And illustrates that the types of the crime of the network are: network hacker; making and propagating computer virus; network attacking and destroying; Network pornography; etc. Then analyses the reason why the crime of the network produces from three respects of internal, external cause and psychological factors, the internal cause refers to the fragility of network itself mainly; then analyses some external causes such as the consciousness of network security is deficient, the safe mechanism of management lags behind; and analyzes the psychological factors of subject emphatically: nihility of the crime sense, having idea of leaving things to chance, thin legalconsciousnesses. Basing on those and using foreign experience for reference, the author propose the countermeasure of preventing and controlling network-crime from the four facts of technology, law, education and international cooperation and emphasize the importance of combining law and education together.
