During human resources development and management, performance appraisal is an important basic work. Incentive is a core of human resources management. It is an important method for apprasial and incentive to motivate positivity of managers and employee.Through scientific, fair, appraising employee' performance, we can know across-the-board employee impersonality. Through correctly appraised, pertinence and felicitous/measurable incentives can be adopted to increase positivity of managers and employees.Enterprise is constantly confronted with drastic market competition, while the planned econnomy system change to the marketing economy system. If you want to remain invincible you must firstly hold person with talent as first resource. Especially intemediate senior manager, they lie in the stage of company planning, organizing, decision making, commanding. They are hard core in the corporation. How to exert positivity go-aheadism creativity of person ability, the key lies in equitable and science performance appraisal and proper incentive measure.The study on performance appraisal has not only learning value, but also more crucial realism significance and need. The thesis is summarized on all sorts performance appraisal of theories of grand old men and put forwards myself viewpoint about the theories' faultiness. Based on this, through sysmetic analysis about these performance appraisal factor, it is pointed out model AFP and feedback and application about the performance appraisal outcome. Performance appraisal design bassis on the goal of survival, development and profit, performance appraisal system matching with marketing economy is established to make systentic, standardization. Job analysis as a design basis of performancesystem, we should establish reasonable administer target system, based on the result of performance appraisal to be put forward incentive system and putting in practice way, so that enterprise inside management goes on the good way. Computer system on performance appraisal is realized. Appraisal work efficiency is more improved.Being supported on human resources management, Organize Behavior Study, History, Fuzzy mathematics, Economy, Management, Statistics, this paper is established a set of dynamic model to realized performance appraisal synthetical, quantitative index, efficientive cyber-operation.
