The main purpose of this thesis is to find out those questions of marketing structure and management of CPIC(ChongQing Polycomp International CORP.) by investigating into the market surroundings of the fiberglass products of CPIC. Then through using the knowledge learned from course of MBA to find the reasons that led to those questions. And brought up some suggests to solve. And then I came out a new plan of marketing for CPIC. First, I investigated in the market of the whole world. I collected and put in order a great deal of information about market from internet and magazine of chemical industry and building material industry and so on. I analyzed yield figures, state of grow and forecast for development of fiberglass products. I summed up the present state of fiberglass products in the international market.Second, I analyzed the marketing system of CPIC which include products, account receivable, orders, marketing channel, consumer management, professional work process, the flow of goods process, service, promotion and ads by using some way of inquiry, user questionnaire, expert marking, and inspecting some data about record of professional work, marketing report and auditing report to find out those existent questions.Thirdly, I inspected the present state of fiberglass products and the main competitors in domestic market. I investigated into the market the fiberglass products of CPIC by using those ways of SWOT, DPM and segmental market as the foundation for planning the marketing project.Finally, Founding on the hereinbefore analysis, I planned a newmarketing system and project for CPIC in internal market. And I suggested that CPIC should re-build the marketing process, the flow of goods process and service process to upgrade the advantage in competition of CPIC.The thing that should be noticed is that the main tactics to set up the difference between products of different company and improve the ability of competition is to enhance the level of marketing service. To erect the advantage of marketing need to set up the advantage of channel of marketing. There are two new ideas in this thesis.This thesis has certain value for reference for many enterprises that manufacture fiberglass products. Because there were short of time, information and space of thesis, some questions need to be discussed further in a deep-going way.
