Studying Of The Strategy Of HuangShi "Card Base" And The Constructing The Supporting System

In this thesis, the author analyzes the development conditions and tendency of new and high technology and card industry and studies the research tendency of the construction of a variety of "industrial bases" fromhome and abroad. On the basis of these studies, the author puts forward thetheories and approaches concerning how to carry out the strategic researchon the "card base" in Huangshi City. In this thesis, the author compares thestrengths of Huangshi City and that of other cities within and beyond HubeiProvince and analyzes the foundation of constructing "card base" in Huan-gshi City thoroughly, on the basis of which, the author conducts SWOTanalysis of the construction strategy of the "card base" in Huangshi Cityand points out the research direction of the base construction. In this thesis,the author brings forward realistic suggestions on the guidelines, principles, developmental object and steps of the construction of the base by taking the developmental attribute of card industry into consideration. As to thestrategic measures, under the guidance of perfecting the chain o-f card ind-ustry gradually, the author makes a thorough analysis as to how to quicken the construction of card industry from each tache of the industry chain. To guarantee the construction of the base, the author also makes a detailedanalysis on the establishment of supporting system to the construction ofcard base. In this thesis, the author applies strategic management theoriesand district economy theories, and such research approaches as SWOTanalysis so as to provide some realistic and useful references to the constr-uction of the card base.
