ALong with the first birth peak pension group to retire after the founding of New China,the elderly population will grow rapidly in the next 30 years;under the influence of family planning effect,the family structure of "four-two-one" and "empty nester" have become a common phenomenon,the traditional Family Support model is under increasing pressure,and the elder supporting industry has become a new hope for society and the elderly.However,the development of China’s elder supporting industry lags behind,there are still major gaps in the supply of social elder services,the supply of elder supporting and geriatric medical services is seriously inadequate,and the value of the social elder supporting industry began to become prominent.The intensive introduction of national policies benefits the elder supporting industry.The healthy development of the social elder supporting industry,as an important part of dealing with China’s aging problem,there are unlimited opportunities for the development of the elder supporting industry.Jihua Investment Yueyang CO.,Ltd.is a tertiary subsidiary of Xinxing Cathay International Group,which is a large central enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.The company’s main business is asset operation,property management and employee hospital operation.In 2018,the company developed the elder supporting industry according to its assets and personnel status,combined with the group’s strategy and market needs.On the Double Ninth Festival in 2020,Jihua Heyuan project officially opened,become the founding project of group elder supporting industry plate development.Facing the unfamiliar industry field,the company has achieved good results in this project through cooperation with third parties,but still lacks clear strategic planning in the future layout and path of the company’s elder supporting industry,and a clear development goal and path is imminent.This paper uses external environment analysis tools to analyze the elder supporting industry external macro environment,industry environment and competitors of the elder supporting industry.The company can effectively seize the opportunity and avoid threats.Using internal environmental analysis tools,analyze the internal resources and operation capabilities,the company can take full advantages and overcome disadvantages.In the strategy formulation stage,SWOT matrix is used to conduct key information matching,derive alternative strategies,and QSPM matrix is used to quantitatively optimize the alternative strategy,and determine that the elder supporting industry of Jihua Investment Yueyang Co.,Ltd should adopt the "differentiated strategy".In order to ensure the implementation of the differentiated strategy,the strategic implementation guarantee,implementation measures and evaluation and control plan have been formulated to help the company’s elder supporting indutry maintain a healthy and rapid development.
