By means of a series of indexes calculated by export data, the dissertation values the exporting competitiveness of Chinese vegetable as a whole and of its main varieties. Then on the base of Porter's theory the dissertation establishes a diamond model of Chinese vegetable and analyzees the advantageous and disadvantageous factors in forming competitiveness. At the same time the objective export markets for Chinese vegetable products are probed. After finding out how to improve the competitiveness and where to expand the market the dissertation comes to its conclusion of some pertinent suggestions.
