As the agricultural development experience shows, to improve the agricultural product competitivenesses and trade status of national or regional conditions, to a great extent, will depend on, whether or not, they could look for and get the methord which suit regional characteristics. Especially the agriculture dissolves in the global market competition gradually , all sections of our country are seeking to realize the most effective utilization of agricultural resources, trying to make use of the. divide work cooperation, specialized production, structural adjustment to realize the maximization of the economic benefits. The vegetable become the focus in the course of agricultural industrial structure adjustment, close attention has been paid extremely on it. But the existed shortcomings, such as, poor quality of vegetables product, supplied overly centralized, little deeply-made products, low degree of scale organization and lacking of international market competition experience, etc. All of these have become restraction of improving vegetable products' competitiveness. Hebei, as a large province of vegetable products, it's also facing a lot of competition problem, which urgently needed to be solved. These questions have greatly hindered the improvement of Hebei vegetable products' competitiveness on the domestic and international markets. It is urgently needed to constantly probe help to improve the effective measure of the competitiveness of this kind of market for farm products. Therefore, studying the countermeasure, which improves Hebei vegetable products' competitiveness has important realistic meanings in the present stage. The author's research train is: First of all, on the basic of existing comparative advantage theory and analyze method, finding the really comparative advantage of Hebei province at vegetables products, which relatively with other provinces synthetically. This is used to prove that Hebei province has possibility and necessity to improve their products competitiveness in the respect of vegetables product; Secondly ,combined the current situation of Hebei province vegetables produce , to explain that ,in the present stage, what kinds of competitiveness advantage and inferior strength existing in vegetables products ,and excavate the factors that do bad influence on improving competitiveness of Hebei products; At last, propose the relevant countermeasures according with the influence factor ,which hinder the competitiveness to raise propose in Hebei province. In proving Hebei province has the comparative advantage in vegetables, in the thesis,it is the "comparative advantage index law" that is adopted to apply and appraise products competitiveness. Considering the rates variables can embody more information about comparative advantage in the whole countries or regional vegetables produce corresponding to the initial data, some suitable indexes have been chosen as basic analyzing variables, such as vegetables sown area, unit output, to calculate out the rates and vegetables output rate of unit of the vegetables sown area and sown area of crops according to the need. Namely, through evaluating the index of scale comparative advantage, the index of efficiency comparative advantage and appraise the index of synthesize comparative advantage, to Prove that Hebei province really have vegetables' comparative advantage in the whole country. While proposing the countermeasure, such as price competitiveness, quality competitiveness, marketing competitiveness, international competitiveness of the vegetables products of Hebei province, etc. have been presented respect to the influence factors. Base on keeping the current already competitive advantages, to look for the effective countermeasure in promoting the products competitiveness of vegetables further.
