Study On Implementation And Application Of ERP In Domestic Corporation

This paper makes thoroughly study on how to manage the ERP system successfully in Chinese corporations by the explanation of the managerial thought of ERP system. By concluding Chinese corporations' implementing condition about ERP system, this paper also analyses the causes for the disadvantages in operating ERP, then finds the venture factors to bring forward the venture-avoided project and the ERP implementing model based on the overall innovation of corporations, and then referring to the ABCD check-up table used all over the world, taking the domestic practice into account, builds the ERP evaluating index system and the corresponding evaluating indexes fit for the self-evaluation of corporations. Making sure the rate of self, submitting it to the relational division for evaluation, with the ongoing revision, and advancing for the higher rate are the final object of corporations, by advanced enterprises' managerial knowledge, to improve the business model, and to form the competitive advantages, and to make the continuous progress of the corporations. In the end, this paper exemplifies ERP implementing model in a study case to fully embody the practical application. And this example also enlightens the corporations feeling interested in and implementing ERP, and brings great confidence in speeding up the intensive-information process in corporations within.
