| The pharmacy trade is one of the quickest developing industries in our country, its status in our national economy is rising steadily. The fast development of the trade needs promoting the whole level of management, so, it urgently need to apply the information technology. At present, in our country the whole pharmacy enterprise's informatization level is not high and the success rate of implementing ERP system is very low.Analysing its reason to fail, we need a set of effectual tactics.This text has explained concept , characteristic , function and development of Enterprises Resource Planning(ERP) systematically, analyse characteristic and challenge what the pharmacy trade is facing, probe into the informationization demand of pharmacy trade in our country .Point to the pharmacy trade's current informationization situation and deficiency, we propose six tactics of implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP ) system in pharmacy trade, put forward my own views.on the problems such as Business Process Reengineering (BPR), software selecting, staff training , project management ,etc.Through tactics the text put forward, I hope it can improve the success rate of ERP implement in pharmacy trade, make ERP system efficiency in the following aspect: raise enterprise decision system and market response competence, improve the ability of catching development opportunity, evading market risk, raise key competitiveness of the enterprise, accelerate the market react mechanism, thus promote the flourishing development of the whole pharmacy trade.
