Offer a set of actable development strategy and a set of actable static.This thesis encloses works as follow:1 , Analyzed the 100-year history of the world industry. Drew the conclusion that the industry has it's special law, which will undergo the beginning the growing the ripe and then recycle. The inside company should learn the lessons the world industry has come through. They should size up the chance to realize the hope.2, Analyzed the trade environment that the research object is in then forecasted the market and drew the analysis conclusion that market chance and competition threaten are exist at the same time. We should evade dangers develop our strongpoint to compete with the world stronger.3, Analyzed the inside resource, ability and competition situation of the research object, the advantage and inferior position. Used strategic management, marketing management, etc. theory to designed the enterprise develop strategy. In order to realize the smooth adjustment of the strategy, then carried on directionality research to product structure and new product development strategy; Have carried on systematic research to the tactics of marketing; In order to guarantee the validity of strategy implementation, how to implement and control the strategy on the basis of the successful key elements of strategy implementation is discerned have carried on research.There is direct guidance function to the strategy management of this enterprise in the result that this text studies, the train of thought and method studied are significant for this enterprise strategic management, and the study on the counterpart industry's marketing strategy of enterprise market has certain reference value.
