Especially today, the tourism industry becomes very aboil, and the tourism market is changing to buyer's marke from seller's market, no other than impolderring tourism resource deeply, the tourist's needs can be satisfied, and the tourism industry can persist in progress.This paper intends to summarize the characteristics of tourism development by using the general theory, method and program of project demonstration. And then to expatiate on the guidance, rules, method and program that should be followed by the demonstration of tourism resources development through the analysis of the Sichuan Heizugou Forest Park development project. The case also makes out the importance and practicability of the project demonstration of tourism resources development.This paper is a project demonstration based on chance analysis for building Heizugou Forest Park. Firstly, we described the fundamental, process and content of project demonstration, and analyzed the actuality of Heizugou tourism resource. Secondly, we combined quality and quantity methods to survey and evaluate the Heizugousight resource. Thirdly, we analyzed the tourism market and circumstance of this project, and demonstrated sectional relationship, develope motive and visualize orientation. Fourthly, we designed the project's develop scheme, discussed the investment, cost estimation and raise money for this project, and analyzed the project's economy benefit, society benefit and zoology benefit. Finally, we made an integrated evaluation on this project.
