The Study Of Management Information System Based On ERP For Lutianhua Group Corporation

Information is the main signs of the enterprise management modernization today. It involves the enterprise management mode and the direction of the development. So it is an innovation for the enterprise management at heart, and it is an important method to improve the enterprise management.Although a management information system had been built for Lutianhua Group, it can not to deal with the requirement for the new businesses, sharing of information, globalization of markets.A range of influences as global competitive pressures, promotion of business process re-engineering and right sizing, as well as the perceived need to integrate business functions, have lead Lutianhua Group to adopt ERP .This paper describes an approach to design the structure for the management information system based on ERP system. Reinforcing the importance of research and its integration into the management, it identifies the gaps in enterprise management and offers some options, such as the idea of direction, the golden rule,the function for the system and the time line to put in practice, etc.At first, enterprise management finance system and OA system should be built under the structure of main system, and then other subsystem should be built in. Finally, Extranet or EDI will be built to carry out SCM and/or CRM.
