Study On Decisions Of U.S. Congress To China

China-U.S. relations are one of the most important bilateral relations in the modern world. Whether it has a good development will influence not only on the two countries' own development but also on the world's peace and development. However, for a long time there have been so many sustained frictions and conflicts between China and America. U.S. Congress played an important role in it. U.S. Congress became more active in the field of the decision to China after cold war. It actively participates and affects the decisions to China by all kinds of means, and it becomes a main problem maker in the China-U.S. relations. The position and effect of U.S. Congress are very important in the field of U.S. decision to China, which make us have to think about serious questions. When China government makes policy about America U.S. Congress become a very important factor which need to be treated seriously.
