Break Through The Obstacles To Increase Income And Speed Up Getting Rid Of Poverty

Worker-peasant alliance is the basic of the united front. The farmer issues are the problem, which has been attached importance to by the Chinese Communist Party. Now, the problem of agriculture, rural and farmer has been paid much attention to. Especially the problem of the growth of farmers' incomes is the most important and difficulty. This thesis try to research the present condition , main diseases , the ways to deal with the problem.The thesis consists of three parts: introduction, body, and conclusion. The introduction mainly accounts for the significance of the problem, especially the growth of farmers' incomes, the research condition in the schools field and the purpose to study. The body is composed of four sections. The first chapter mainly introduces the history and the present condition of the Chengbu farmers' incomes, above the whole level, structure characters, etc. Its level is very low ,the structure is unreasonable, the obstacles are outstanding . The second and the third analyse the non-system factors and the system factors to restrict the growth of chengbu farmers' incomes. The non-system factors are the contradictory between the people's quality and modernization, the conflict of the traditional ideas and market economy, the restriction of objective natural condition. The system factors are double system between rural and city, the heavy burden of farmers', the backward market economy.The fourth elaborates the author's suggestion, and the thought after investigation and analysis for the issue. The conclusion accounts for the research procedure and the main ideas and at the same time indicates that it has necessity to go deep into researching and practising the issue.
