With China being the member nation of WTO, there will be more advantages than disadvantages for the development of Chinese broiler industry in a long run. But at present, for the obstruction of " green barrier " of WTO, the export of Chinese broiler products has suffered defeats frequently, and is facing an unprecedented predicament. In order to make Chinese broiler industry continue to exist and develop in the international large markets of economic globalization and to implement the sustainable development strategy of Chinese livestock husbandry, we must study conscientiously domestic and international" green barrier" measures, find out the factors influencing the of export broiler products of our country, and study how to break through the countermeasures of green barrier".Chinese broiler products exceed" green barriers" from the study of two aspects, that is, technological and administrative countermeasures. While inquiring into the technological countermeasures, we mainly aim at the excess of pathogenic bacteria, the excess of medical remains and the problems leading to pollution of ecological environment, etc. In order to resolve safe problems of feed, we must start animal feed engineering , control the emergence of the infectious diseases , control the environmental pollution and use livestock medicine reasonably. We come up with scientifically valuable viewpoints and opinions in the aspects implementing the technology of "green feeding management" and "green pack, label and business" and guarantee control measures of safety in production of broiler products. To sum up the ideas, firstly I refer to many experts' and scholars' academic viewpoints and achievements, and then I apply my own experimental achievements and teaching understanding. On the understanding and practical methods in the aspects on controlling infectious diseases and the environmental pollution, resolving safe problems of animal feed, and carrying out administration and technology of" green feeding " , I have gained the results by my frequent practice and study.Inquiring into the administrative countermeasures, I mainly carry out my study from two aspects, national macroscopic adjusts and controls and constructing industrial modes of broiler products export. Then I also put forward constructive countermeasures based on the related policies and measures of developed nations.
