Study On The Countermeasure Research Of Coping With Green Trade Barrier For Enterprises In Fujian Province

Green trade barrier is that one country using protect human , animal or plant life orhealth, protect environment as pretext ,brings forward technology ,safety, healthstandard and criterion to limit imported goods, services and intellectual property trade ininternational trade. In recent years, more and more exporting products from FUJIANprovince have been severely blocked by green trade barrier taken by other countries andregions. Green trade barrier has lay serious stress on product export in FUJIANProvince. It has been having a growing big negative effect on the favourabledevelopment of FUJIAN foreign trade. In view of this, Searching for some suitablecountermeasures to cope with green trade barrier is a very valuable task for FUJIANexport direct economic development and it is helpful for the harmony of trade andenvironment . From this purpose, on the basis of all the preceding research work, By using themethod which combines normative analysis with the empirical analysis, widely occupymaterials with the positive study, the comparative analysis with the case study and withthe deployment of the basic theories of the relative knowledge of modern economicstheory and international trade theory, such as international economics ,institutionaleconomics, developing economics etc. , the thesis makes an systematic analysis andresearch on the causes of green trade barrier, its trade influence and its new trend inorder to find the suitable strategies to overcome it . The thesis is combined by five parts．The first part is the exordium, whichillustrates why to choose this research field, the target and the point of the researchesand the research situation both inside and outside China. The second part elaborates theformed mechanism of green trade barrier, analyzes the relationship between green tradeinstitution arrangements and green trade barrier. The third part makes a deeply researchon the comparative analysis of TBT and SPS Agreement, further discusses theconstraint mechanism and the essence of green trade barrier. Taking eel export as example, the thesis makes adetailed study on its exterior causes and interior causes of enterprises' productsencountering green trade barrier. Finally, for the existing issues of export, The five partoffers a series thoughts on how to utilizing rules to cope with disputes, how tobuilding and consummating green trade barrier early-warning management system andgreen technical methods protection system, how to promoting export and improving theproduct environment capability etc.
