In recent years, with the accelerating of economic globalization, marketization and informationization, the development of the socialist market economy in china, the competition environment of the enterprise has changed very greatly. These changes have put forward higher, upgrade, more urgent request to the business administration of our country.This thesis analysis the problems of enterprise group's organization and the logistics system, Regard purchase, stock and providing and deliver in logistics is managed as the research object, the theory of SCM and BPR are apply to propose the tactics in enterprise group's SCM reconstruction. Including the reconstruction tactics of SCM's purchasing, stocking and delivering. With the using of case analysis at last, the goal mode of enterprise group's SCM reconstruction is proposed. This thesis tries to give a basis of enterprise group's engineering of large and middle enterprise.
