The thesis studies the position salary system design of waterpower enterprises. Beginning with the analysis of the positive development of waterpower, the problems of the current salary system and the comparison of relative salary system, the thesis advances that the waterpower enterprises should adopt structure salary system basis of position-points salary distribution system. The Delphi is used to design the job evaluation system to resolve the ratio problem of evaluated elements and factors. According to the monthly profit, the value of per-point floats. The performance salary is determined by performance examination grade and the coefficient that is defined by the position rank. The workers in high position rank are compensated with service length salary of position. The market regulation salary is used as the supplement of position-points salary distribution system for the supply falling short of demand labor.
