Salary design is crux of human resource management. A good salary system can not only attract the employee, but also spur the employee to develop the personal potential. In the same time, salary design is directly related to the business cost. As a HR. manager in company A, the author gains access to understand the company pay policy and make further study on it. In this thesis, the author has done a heavy job for studying the policy and the effect of its application. Ascertained the salary meaning, analyzed the salary's basic model, the author brought up the principle of salary design for the company A. Furthermore, concerning the problems range from the present condition in pay structure to the current salary system, the author, based on the study of the salary policy, brought up a new salary system design. In order to promote business development, the design included the policy as follows:To apply annual salary system to management personnel;To apply the ownership of share system to core manager; To apply the monthly salary system to common employee.For the workers at different walks, the design prescribe different policy:For personnel in sale department, adopting the system of basic fixed salary with additional bonus related to working achievement; For personnel in design department, adopting the system of various salary in different levels with bonus related to working achievement;Have made the analysis in some special positions inside and outside, the company became more respectful to the employee's job and made a good application of the new salary system. Consequently, the employee work was stirred up positively.In this article, the author also did the research of welfare, providing a welfare menu for the employee , that means, every person can make a choice of welfare of their own from the menu. This menu is vividly and flexibility, giving the employee right to choose freely, As an result, most of the employees like this kind of principle of welfare.Through the research inside and outside, the author found that there isn't a best salary system for all business enterprise, but an adaptable one for different company. At the same time, with the enterprise developing and exterior environment varying continuously, the salary system also should be adjusted continuously.
