A Study On Applicability Of Low-rent Housing Accommodate Mode

As the development of Chinese residence house commercialized continuously thorough, and a great deal of structural unemployed works emerged because the economic system reform continuously go in deep, the problem of poorer family's house deficiency is gradually appeared. In this background, the low-rent housing system emerges as the times required. In low-rent housing system, it is most important to choose the appropriate low-rent housing accommodate mode. The systemic researching the situation adapted to different low-rent housing accommodate mode has more important effect. Such as accelerating the low-rent housing system implement; enhancing the utility of local government finance; improve the contented degree of low-rent housing family and finally promoting the social development sustaining.In this thesis, we research the accommodate mode of international and national low-rent housing system firstly. Then in this basis, we reasonable classify the low-rent housing accommodate mode, and bring forward six sort of low-rent housing accommodate mode. We also using the cost-benefit theory of economic and social exclusion theory of sociology to found two appraise marks: the cost-benefit ratio and the availability of eliminate social exclusion. And in four supposed different situation, we analyses every low-rent housing accommodate mode, and educe the conclusion that every mode could produce different effect in the different situation. Finally, according to the research above, we bring forward the concrete proper situation to each low-rent housing accommodate mode.
