E-government Affairs In The Informization Administration Mode

The penetration and influence of science and technology restrict primarily the development of many aspects of our society. As far as the development of administration mode is concerned, S&T plays an important role as well. The paper analyzes the influence mechanism of administration mode leaded by S&T, from the four basic elements, i.e. administration target decision-making, administration tool, administration approach as well as administration organization form. Meanwhile, it reveals definitely the course and tendency of the development in the aspect of history. The development of informization administration mode under the environment of informization society embodies this tendency, which results in E-government affairs.After the detail expression and comparison of concept of E-government affairs, the dissertation makes a further discussion about its targets, classification and advantages, which establishes its core role in informization administration mode.On the base of former statement, in addition, combining the development situation of E-government affairs in China, the paper lastly analyzes the problems existed in the development of E-government affairs in China, such as acknowledge, plan, capital construction, organization, laws, forms, etc., and the solving advice against these problems.
