Design And Research Of THR Company Virtual Enterprise Mode

The thesis presents that Chinese enterprises must change the conventional management mode and adopt advanced ideas and model of management to win the challenge superiority based on that they face with excessive pressure and great challenge in order to survive and develop after China's entry into WTO and the fact that Virtual Enterprise (VE) has been noticed widely and emphatically and at home and abroad, and it is gradually becoming an effective way of many enterprises high-speed growth. The thesis describes VE concept and specifies its development course, life cycle theory and concludes its superiority and inferiority and puts forwards to design management mode based on Virtual Enterprise (VE) of a company and analyzes results. It determine that VE is to provide a flexible organization structure which makes a center with customer-oriented idea and a goal with corporate benefit and unite partners' core competitive competence to develop products and offer service, and by using information technology and network application it makes every member to link the distributed resources fast and flexibly in order to suit for industry fast change and quick response to market needs in time and share the corporate resources to win competitive superiority. The thesis probes into the fundamental circumstance, cooperate mechanism, framework device, the core company and the clientage right which VE operates. It sets forth a math mode selected by the VE cooperation partners and a process is designed for THR. Co. from a trade company to VE company and uses three phases model to analyze partner selection and proposes some constructive advices for management of THR company. The research of the thesis has important and practical significance and reference value to development of modern enterprises.
