The Studies On Adjusting The Agricultural Production Structure Of TuMoTe Zuo Banner

Adjusting the agricultural production structure is a very important measures and a key point of increasing the country economy, increasing the farmer's income and resolving the unemployment problem of country, which can make the farmers achieve the standard of middle-class living. There was a direct connection between the private interest of the farmers in grass roots and taking advantages of their local resource greatly to adjust the agricultural production structure. For this reason there was a very important and realistic meaning of studying the problems of adjusting the agricultural production structure of the counties and banners. The circumstances of domestic and international agricultural production structure adjustment have been reviewed in this dissertation. Absorbing the domestic and international lessons of adjusting the agricultural production structure, the author of the dissertation analyzed the circumstances of the agricultural production structure in TuMoTeZuo banner from 1992 to 2003, discovered the problems of the agricultural production structure and the potential predominance of adjusting the agricultural production structure, synchronously, analyzed how the variety of the agricultural production structure has impacted on the economic increasing of TuMoTeZuo banner from 1992 to 2003. According to the conditions of local resources and the predominance of the production development the author improved method of linear programming and established the optimized patterns of adjusting the agricultural production structure of TuMoTeZuo banner in 2005 and 2010 with the main idea of developing the milk industrialization. Finally, the author selected the optimized project of adjusting the agricultural production structure of TuMoTeZuo banner in 2005 and 2010 according to the running ends of the linear programming model and gave the advice to bring the optimized project into effect.
