Science and technology enterprises of agricultural colleges have many advantages compared to ordinary enterprises, such as personalities, science and technology products and policies etc., they should play a big role in commercialization of science and technology products; but it is not the case. Therefore, we focus on these enterprises and begin our discussion from enterprise behavior in commercialization of science and technology products. First, we reviewed evolution and development of science and technology enterprises of agricultural colleges and also their level of commercialization of science and technology products. Second, in view of the characters of agricultural science and technology enterprises, we concentrate on their four major enterprise behaviors in commercialization of science and technology: the way of finding science and technology products, the behavior of financing, the behavior of distributing profits, the behavior of partaking risks; from the above, we can prove our opinions: enterprise behaviors have intimate relations with the commercialization of science and technology products which made the current commercialization rate so low. Third, we take CAU (China Agricultural University) as a case and browsing over the development of its science and technology enterprises and its level of commercialization of science and technology products; furthermore, we select Beijing China Agricultural University Biotechnology Company, ltd. as a case study to intensify our viewpoints. Last, we draw our conclusion and bring forward our suggestions. In this paper, we employ theory expatiation and case study method to prove our points fully.
