Strategy management is a dynamic management process that defines and selects effective strategies and which be taken to conduct, control and appraise on the basis of fully analysis to internal and external environment which an enterprise encounters in order that the enterprise can exists and develops for long-term. Nowadays, with more complex of an enterprise's environment and more fierce of competition, strategy management plays more and more important role in enterprise management.Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting (BGP) is a company categorized to CNPC. BGP's object is to be "the international first class geophysical company with strong core competitive power".With the rapid expansion of BGP's businesses, several geophysical service companies in developed countries have made BGP theirs competitor and make rampart for BGP. So BGP confronts more fierce market competition. On the other hand, BGP has still many gaps with developed geophysical companies on aspects of strategy and management, technology and talent, market and trademark. All of these questions make BGP confront more severe challenges. In order not to be superseded BGP must promote its international competition power. How to promote BGP's international competition power? And what management strategy to be adopted to fulfill BGP's objective? This is practical question that BGP confronts.The paper uses SWOT analysis to enact BGP's internationalization management strategy through analyzing Geophysical Industry's external environment factors and BGP's resources on the basis of finding BGP's strength, getting over its shortcoming, making use of external chances and avoiding external risks. Through analysis we've got Marketing Development Strategy and Human Resource Strategy. In Marketing Development Strategy specific strategies and international marketing organization systems and evaluation systems have also been built. In human Resource Strategy Enterprise Profession Design and Training Strategy have been applied.
