"Competition strategy study on Dalian Coca-Cola", is a thesis concerning the enterprise management strategy. Considering the present situation of China beverage market, this subject is carefully selected. Nowadays, the China beverage market is full of energetic competitions, state owned enterprises are gradually defeated and fading out, but on the other hand joint ventures and foreign owned enterprises are entering the market rapidly, for instance, multi-national companies, Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Danone as well, are continuously increasing their investment in founding local plants and have bought some internal companies, such as Wahaha, Robust and Zhenguanhe. Taking DLCC as an example, by the reason of brand strategy and advanced management, in several years DLCC has developed from a little-known company to a well-known one, whose sales revenue is up to RMB 400 million, before-tax profit up to RMB 59 million, and who has became one of the Dalian's 50 most influential enterprises, won the 13th position in the profit list of China beverage enterprises, and became the 18th of the profit payments and tax turnover among China beverage enterprises. How could it develop so rapidly?Applying the knowledge of business administration and using Boston matrix and SWOT methods, this thesis is fully analyzing the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, risks, and the internal and external environment of DLCC, systematacially studying and proving the organizational structure, management style and development strategy, finally with the leading alien analysis methods, also points out the future development of DLCC.After systematacially analyzing, this thesis not only summarizes the advantages of DLCC in management, which explain the benign development strategy, but also concludes the disadvantages in marketing. It conclusively proposes strategy process in the future development. Therefore, the conclusion has important meanings to the company development.Other internal beverage companies can use this thesis for important reference.
