This thesis firstly introduces the concept of entrepreneur, the charactistic of entrepreneur spirit and the social and economic role of the entrepreneurs. Further more, it also highlights the state of the entrepreneur, especially the lack of the Chinese entrepreneur.By analyzing the success and failure examples of the famous Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs, the survey studies three kinds of factors that influence the entrepreneurs growing up. The factors include the exterior environment of the enterprise, the interior environment of the enterprise and the quality of the entrepreneur.The exterior environment includes: traditional culture, national spirit, economic system, style of ownership, politics system, Laws and regulations. The interior factors include: organization style of enterprise, property rights, distribution system, personnel, period of the enterprise, and muti-industry or specialization. Except for the entrepreneurs' technical knowledge; ability of Apart from this, the managers also need the abilities of dealing with relationships between individual employees, and better psychological character.In a brief summary, from the whole environment of China, the government should solve the problems of entrepreneur growing up, by changing the method of work and making the system better. Meanwhile, the entrepreneurs themselves should improve their personal diathesis and train to become exactly mature.
