On The Adaptive Transform Of Chinese Government's Function Under The Frame Of WTO

After the entry of China into WTO, the government is to work firmly according to the regulations of WTO-to open its internal market further. And the strategic change of government is most influential factor for our country to face the challenges of WTO and also the essential conditions for us to keep the promise for the entry of WTO. How should the reform go on with the government's function, namely what's the value orientation of the reform of our government?
