Researching On Administrative Examination And Approval System Reform In Shaoguan Under The Perspective Of The Transformation Government Function

China has entered the building a moderately prosperous society in a decisive phase,18 th CPC National Congress made a comprehensive strategic plan to deepen reform, It is urgent to deepen the reform of administrative management system to break the bottleneck of economic and social development, accelerate the transformation of government functions and deepen the reform of administrative examination and approval system to promote the reform of administrative management system. This paper using the literature research method, inductive comparison method and the empirical analysis method analyzes the development process of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in Shaoguan city, and analyzes the status quo, problems and reasons from three aspects entity, procedure and supervision system, and puts forward some countermeasures in Shaoguan city.The author thinks that, at present, it is necessary to further deepen it to further rationalize the relationship between government and market and society, comprehensive innovation of administrative examination and approval system reform, Establish and improve the decision-making mechanism of democratic rule of law, scientific and rational management system, standard and efficient operation mechanism and strict perfect supervision mechanism, the transformation of government functions as the core, to solve the problem of government function offside, dislocation, vacancy as the goal, the functions of the government to economic regulation, market supervision, social management and public service.
