Transform Government Function And Construct Harmonious Society

The goal of constructing socialist harmonious society imposes new requirements on current government function. The transformation of government function and the construction of harmonious society, have become very important hot topics in current economical and social life of China. The government still has the problems of offside,omission and malpractice.
